Omelette with ham and cheese

Instructions for 1 person

  1. Beat four eggs, add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat the pan with a spoon of Filippo Berio olive oil and place the beaten eggs.
  3. When it is cooked, add the ham and cheese.
  4. With a spatula, put together the omelet and then serve spicing up with balsamic vinegar.
