In a frying pan put the oil to fire low, sauté the onions and mushrooms. Salt and pepper.
Grease a baking dish with butter and place a layer of lasagna Barilla, white sauce and some mushrooms.
Sprinkle with grated Grana Padano Auricchio.
Repeat this procedure until you finish with the last layer of pasta.
Cover with grated cheese, cover the pan with foil aluminium and bake at 190 ° C for 20 min. or until cheese is melted.
Remove the aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes for that golden Gratin cheese layer.
Garnish with parsley.
